Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided by UGC with Leo M ("we", "our", "us") to clients ("you", "your"). By booking our services or making payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

We provide User-Generated Content (UGC) creation, including but not limited to:

• Short-form videos
• Product photography
• Social media content
• Script writing
• Voiceovers
• Product demonstrations
• Lifestyle content
• Content editing

The exact deliverables will be outlined in each individual proposal, invoice or agreement.

• Quotes remain valid for 30 days.
• A booking is confirmed once payment (or agreed deposit) has been received.
• Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 14 days.
• Late payments may incur statutory interest and recovery costs where applicable.

Unless otherwise agreed:

• One round of reasonable revisions is included.
• Additional revisions are charged at our current hourly rate.
• Revision requests must be made within 7 days of content delivery.

Delivery dates are estimates and may change due to unforeseen circumstances.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

• Late client responses
• Late product delivery
• Technical issues outside our control
• Force majeure events

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Supply products (where applicable).
• Obtain permission for any copyrighted materials they provide.
• Respond promptly to approval requests.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Copyright remains with us until full payment has been received.
• Upon full payment, the client receives the agreed usage licence.
• Raw footage is not included unless specifically purchased.

The agreed licence will be confirmed before work begins.

Unless stated otherwise:

• Organic social media usage is permitted.
• Paid advertising, whitelisting, television, print or extended licensing requires a separate agreement.

Unless agreed otherwise, we reserve the right to display completed work within our:

• Portfolio
• Website
• Social media
• Marketing materials

If physical products are supplied:

• Unless agreed otherwise, products will not be returned.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.

If a booking is cancelled:

• Before work begins: any deposit is non-refundable.
• After production has started: the client is responsible for payment covering work already completed.

Due to the creative nature of our services, refunds are generally not available once work has commenced.

Refund requests are considered only where we have materially failed to deliver the agreed service.

• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the relevant project.
• We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private unless disclosure is required by law.

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
